If your answer is yes to one or more of these questions and you don't have a good solution, you need to contact me:

1. Do you need to save money on car or home-owner insurance?

2. Do you need to save money on merchant account expenses for your business?

3. Do you spend a lot on admin supplies (paper, ink, etc.)?

4. Do you have other family members who would like to contribute to your family's income but they don't have the time or know-how to start their own business?

5. Do you like shopping online and getting rebates?

6. Do you like helping other people make money?

7. Do you want to purchase furniture, jewelry, cell phones, a new or used car or motorcycle, but can't afford today's prices?

8. Can't afford health insurance but don't know where to get good health and dental discounts?

9. Do you own a business and would like an additional lifetime avenue for marketing to new customers?

10. And lastly, do you want to make a lot of money helping people solve all of these problems?

Can ONE business actually offer solutions to ALL of these things? I didn't think it was possible, but it is.

This is NOT a fly-by-night company. They've been around for 13+ years, endorsed by the BBB and are debt-free.

You do NOT have to buy monthly inventory of anything, you do NOT have to stock any inventory, you do NOT have to sell. It's NOT a "get-rich-quick" scheme.

You DO have to learn, you DO have to work, you DO have to help people and you CAN do it a few hours a week (or more if you want) working from home.

Yes, you have got to see it to believe it.

Email or call for the full scoop.

LONG BEACH, CA – Exhibit [A] Gallery brings international watercolor artists to Downtown Long Beach. The gallery located at 555 N. Pine in Downtown Long Beach will feature a solo exhibition by Thomas Schaller as well as a three-day workshop by Paul Jackson.

Thomas Schaller has long been considered one of the foremost architectural illustrators in the world. He has authored two books: the best-selling, and AIA award of merit winner, Architecture in Watercolor, and The Art of Architectural Drawing. His artwork has been exhibited around the world including at the Art Institute of Chicago, The Graham Foundation, The American Society of Illustrators in New York City and at the Aedes-East Gallery in Berlin.

Schaller will be featured in the upcoming “Artists to Watch” issue of Watercolor Artist magazine in October 2010, as well as feature articles in American Artist and American Art Collector magazines. Recent works have been juried into numerous prestigious exhibitions including the World Expo’s Shanghai Zhujiajiao International Watercolor Biennial Exhibition, the 30th International Exhibition of the San Diego Watercolor Society and the 143rd Annual International Exhibition of the American Watercolor Society.

The show, including recent works of Southern California beach life, will open at Exhibit [A] Gallery on Friday July 2nd with a reception from 6-10pm as well as a closing reception on Saturday July 31st from 6-10pm.

During the exhibition, renowned watercolor artist Paul Jackson will host a three-day watercolor workshop entitled, “A Dramatic Landscape”. Paul is the author of Painting Spectacular Light Effects in Watercolor. His work has often been featured in the International Artist and The Artist's Magazine. He is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society (AWS) and National Watercolor Society (NWS).

The workshop will allow attendees to reach the next level of artistic confidence and ability, regarding design, color, value, textures and patterns. Using informal lectures, discussions, demonstrations and critiques, artists will develop or refine their personal painting style and find logical, creative answers to watercolor questions and problems. The three day workshop is on July 16th – 18th from 9am – 3pm, cost: $300. To register, contact, Debbie Lewis at 562-436-4543 or debbieellen.lewis@gmail.com. Open to all skill levels.

The Exhibit [A] gallery is part of an economic development project funded by the Downtown Long Beach Associates. As one of the Vayden Roi Galleries, headed by Evan Kelly and Liza Mitchell, the project transforms vacant commercial spaces into active galleries and event venues. The program, which was initiated in January of 2010, has already seen success. The initial location at 517 Pine Avenue was an abandoned Hookah Lounge. After five months of programming, the space was leased by a yoga and natural health studio whose owners had attended one of the events. Local residents have also expressed their delight with the program, “There is finally a gallery on Pine Avenue!” says Rajh Kirch who lives at 519 Pine Avenue along with hundreds of other Pine Avenue residents living in recently constructed apartment complexes and high end lofts. The project recently moved into the 555 Pine location and is looking for more spaces to build temporary galleries. For inquires or more information, please contact Evan Kelly: Evan@vaydenroi.com or Liza Mitchell: Liza@vaydenroi.com

Long Beach, CA – On July 9, 4th Street Deli and Long Beach watercolor artist, Debbie Lewis, will co-host a special “Night at the Deli.” Ms. Lewis’ watercolor paintings will be featured, along with a raffle for a free sandwich and a free high-quality watercolor print. The event will run from 6 – 8:30 on Friday, July 9th. Raffle tickets will be available on site starting at 6. The drawing will be at 7:45. Winners must be present to receive their food and art.

4th St Deli now serves beer and wine to go with their sandwiches and salads, which will be available for purchase at this event, along with free snacks. (http://www.4thstdeli.com/home.html) Ms. Lewis’ paintings highlight many Long Beach-themed scenes. In addition to her original watercolor paintings, she will have packaged greeting cards, mouse pads and glass kitchen cutting boards with her paintings printed on them available during the event. Ms. Lewis’ colorful nature-themed art, including florals, animals and landscapes, add a new aesthetic touch to this favorite downtown venue.

“I am looking forward to a fun evening where 4th St Deli and I will team up to bring great food, art and fun to downtown Long Beach,” Ms. Lewis said. She recently added this location to a growing list of venues in Long Beach where people can find her art. Other locations include: Metropolitan Furniture (http://www.losangelesfurniture.com), Hellada’s Gallery gift boutique (http://www.hellada.us), the UPS Store (http://www.theupsstorelocal.com/2896) and Cat Man Blu (http://www.catmanblu.com).

The 4th St. Deli has many fans on Yelp (http://www.yelp.com/biz/4th-street-deli-long-beach) who recommend this delicatessen for a fast and tasty meal. One reviewer stated: “… Just one word: AMAZING. Best sandwich shop I've ever been to! Not only is the food great, but the customer service is off the hook!! The owner is very friendly and knows how to treat a customer. Everyone that I've taken here has had the same reaction as me. …Don't wait. Go now!”

Ms. Lewis is a self-taught artist whose talent developed in the mid-90s. Since moving to Long Beach in 2008, she has participated in numerous group and solo shows and regularly displays her work at the downtown Long Beach 2nd Saturday Art Walk. Her original watercolors are currently featured at El Dorado Nature Center throughout the month of June and she will be on site on July 26 from 11-2 with her printed items.

“Since I started painting,” she said, “I have mainly been drawn to nature themes. Now that I live in Long Beach, I have enough inspiration to last a lifetime.”

Playing around with my Motorola Droid over lunch, I downloaded the Shopper application, turned it on, scanned the bar code from the bottle of vitamins sitting on my table and instantaneously I was shown the Google search results for that exact product, image and all, links to all the sites selling it, prices, etc.!

Then I tried it again using the voice recognition feature. I said, "Paul Jackson watercolor book" as I would love to find a copy of this awesome, out-of-print book since Paul is coming to Long Beach next month to deliver a workshop. Bingo — "Shopper" found people selling the book. Amazing!

Next time I'm out shopping, I can scan a bar code and instantly find out if I can get the same item elsewhere for a better price!

I think this phone and this app have just transported me back (or forward) into some technologically advanced space age I seem to remember.

Don't bother to read if you are looking for a get rich quick scheme.

If you're choosing a business to get into, one [very important] thing to consider is who will you be working with? Do you trust them implicitly? Are they being successful with the business? Will they train you so you know what you're doing? Do they take your success seriously? Will they do whatever is necessary to ensure you are successful? Whew, I finally found one that fits the bill (after countless others that fell short).

And yes, I will share it with anyone who understands the importance of working with like-minded, like-spirited, ethical individuals who know the importance not only of an ethical business, but of working with a group that wants to see all of its members flourish and prosper.

If you want to become part of a winning team, please send me a separate message.

If you are looking for something with little to no investment of your time and energy or something that you think will magically make you rich over night, please don't bother to respond. You will be disappointed.

This one requires dedication and persistence — as does anything valuable and worthwhile in life! — but I know you can be successful with this one if you can duplicate and follow basic directions.

Paul Jackson to teach watercolor workshop in long

American watercolorist, Paul Jackson, will be teaching a workshop in Long Beach, CA, July 16-18.

Paul teaches dozens of workshops every year — this will be his first in Long Beach. The subject matter will be a dramatic landscape.

Workshop Coordinator, Debbie Lewis, a Long Beach resident will be hosting Paul and his wife Marla, during their three-day stay in Long Beach.

"Paul is an artist whose work I have admired since I first started painting in the 1990s," Debbie said. "The light effects he creates are beyond compare. The fact that he is coming to Long Beach to share his talent and knowledge is an experience no Southern California watercolor artist should miss."

Paul's work can be seen at http://pauljackson.com

To register for the workshop, email debbieellen.lewis@gmail.com and see http://www.debbielewiswatercolors.com/links.php?64457.

Jackson’s artwork has been on the cover of the Artist’s magazine four times in recent years. Other media featuring Jackson ’s work include: American Artist, Watercolor magazine, Watercolor Magic, Watercolor Artist, Forbes Magazine, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, NPR, CBS News, The Baltimore Sun, The St Louis Post, The Kansas City Star, and TWA’s Ambassador Magazine

In 2008, Jackson was the featured speaker at the International Watercolor Masters Invitational in Lushan, China, during the Olympic Games. In 2009, he served as the invited juror for the American Watercolor Society’s 142nd annual international exhibition.

Jackson is the author of "Painting Spectacular Light Effects in Watercolor" from North Light Books.

A prolific artist with lots of spirit, Paul Jackson is one of America's greatest contemporary watercolorists. In all categories, landscapes, cityscapes, portraits, architectural, still life and the just plain wonderous, Paul puts genuine emotion, as well as artistic planning and finesse, into every painting.
